HASEGAWA Sadanobu II / 二代目長谷川貞信

The eldest son of Sadanobu I. Lived in Osaka. First studied painting from his father and called himself Konobu, but after father`s retirement took the name Sadanobu II. Succeded in yakushya-e prints and portraits, revive in Osaka traditions of the theatral scene prints in Edo style. In Meiji 43 year (1910) spring handed out the headship of the family to his brother (Konobu II) and retired.
